MAY ANN LICUDINE is a freelance artist, illustrator, and painter living in
the Philippines. She has mounted several painting exhibits. May Ann won the Grand Prize in the 2005 Philippine Board on Books for Young People
(PBBY) - Alcala Illustrators' Prize, and also received the Encouragement Prize in 14th Noma Concours for Picture Book Illustrations. She loves illustrating and painting works while listening to music and eating her favorite fruits, watermelon and strawberries.
